Booking
You are welcome to book by phone,
e-mail or online booking form, whichever you prefer. Your booking
will then be confirmed in writing.
A 25% deposit is payable within 7 days to confirm your booking with
the remaining balance payable 28 days before your trip unless
otherwise arranged. Trip might not go a head if the minimum number
are not reached.
Cancellations
We understand that, occasionally,
you may need to cancel your booking. Please try to give us as much
notice as possible and we will be happy to help you rebook for an
alternative date but if the you cancel within 28 days and we are
unable to fill the boat up I am afraid there will be no refund. We aim
to sail throughout the year but, if through circumstances beyond our
control, it becomes necessary for us to cancel a trip, all payments
will be returned. Please note, for
everyone's safety and enjoyment, sailing is dependent on weather
conditions therefore trips may be cancelled at short notice. Gift
vouchers can be exchanged or upgraded for any other trip we
have available, but no refund other than if the trip is
cancelled due to breakdown or weather!
Insurance
Although the vessel is fully
insured for marine risks, the insurance does not cover party members
or their personal effects. Whilst every care is taken, the owners
will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss whatsoever.
Holiday cancellation insurance is advisable.
Skipper
In the interest of safety, the
decisions of the skipper must be considered final in all matters
concerning the operation of the vessel
