Solent Sailing weekends
We meet up at our base at Hythe Marina, near Southampton on Friday evenings (you can join us on Saturday morning if you prefer).  You will meet your skipper and have chance to settle into your berth aboard our 42ft yacht, then there is normally time for a drink at the bar with the rest of the weekend's crew.  Following a hearty breakfast on Saturday morning, we set sail, heading out onto the Solent. 

We often berth for the evening in Cowes, considered by many to be the home of world yacht racing.   The evening is then spent in one of the local restaurants and may include a drink in one of the historic pubs.  To complete the yachting experience, you will sleep on board our comfortable, central heated yacht, where you will usually have the privacy of your own cabin. On Sunday we spend a further full day cruising the Solent before making our way back down Southampton Water, arriving back at Hythe Marina at about 4pm.

Gift packs
Our sailing days and weekends make great, unusual gifts for friends and family, whether it is Christmas, Birthday or other special occasion.  Gift vouchers are available from our Online Shop at values of £75 and £100 and may be redeemed against any of the sailing trips on our current programme.  Alternatively if you are buying one of our weekend sails as a gift , simply select the required type of gift pack from the options given. 

Your gift pack will include a giift voucher enclosed in one of our presentation cards, left blank for your own personalised message.  You will also receive details of the yacht, the trips available and booking information, including what to bring. 

Please note, our gift vouchers have no time limit and are fully transferable so, for example, if a Winter gift voucher is not used by March 08, it will still be redeemable for our Spring/Summer programme, subject to a small supplement.

What's included?
Our prices are excellent value - they include VAT and also tea, coffee, lunch and snacks whilst on board our luxury yachts.  Weekend trips include a full cooked breakfast.  Lunch is available on board, whilst evening meals are generally taken at a local restaurant/pub at your own expense. 

 

We also provide all specialist equipment.  Children are welcome (life jackets are available for children of approximately 6 years and up).

 

Please note: Due to the increased demand for weekend sailing trips we have reduced the number of day sails (offering single places).  If you are already in possession of a Day Sail Voucher we will of course be happy to honour this in one of the following ways:

- there will be some weekday dates available

- we will be offering an upgrade to weekend sail at a discounted rate

- it may be possible to sail on certain weekend dates, by special arrangement.
